A/Prof Sharon Andrews is an Associate Professor in Nursing at the University of Tasmania and a researcher with extensive experience in ageing and aged care. Her teaching and research span aged and dementia care, pain management, health service improvement and implementation science. A former NHMRC Translating Research into Practice Fellow, Sharon has led and collaborated on projects attracting more than AUD$10 million in funding. She supervises emerging researchers and co-leads implementation science masterclasses for healthcare practitioners.
