Dr Aruska D’Souza, 2023 RM Gibson Program awardee, is a Melbourne based physiotherapist and early career researcher interested in health services and acute geriatric care. Since graduating from La Trobe University in 2010, she has worked in the public health system. She completed her PhD in 2023 on predicting discharge destinations for older adults. Dr D’Souza is the Allied Health Research and Knowledge Translation Lead at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and a Margaret Nayler Postdoctoral Research Fellow at La Trobe University.
