Rachael Mitterfellner

Rachael is occupational therapist working in the division of Rehabilitation Aged and Community Services at Canberra Health Services. Currently, Rachael is working to deliver the post-diagnostic dementia program called SPICE (Sustainable Personalised Intervention for Cognition, Care and Engagement) being run in collaboration with the University of Canberra. This includes delivery of the Care Of People with dementia in their Environments (COPE) program, group-based Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), and carergiver education. Rachael is a Professional Associate of the Centre for Ageing Research and Translation, Faculty of Health at the University of Canberra. Rachael recently completed a postgraduate research project focusing on occupation-based interventions for older adults living in residential care.
