Dr Danielle Cave is a Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast and an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Her doctorate research used a complexity science lens to explore the long-term sustainability of food fortification strategies within the foodservice systems of aged care homes. She is interested in food and nutrition for older adults living in the community and in residential aged care.
