James is a healthcare executive with a passion for improving patient outcomes - over his career, James has made contributions across the world developing new and innovative value-based models of care.

James is currently the CEO of Geriatric Care Australia, the nation’s largest group of aged care specialist doctors providing improved access to care for older people. He leads efforts to enhance clinical outcomes for older, vulnerable populations through sustainable service models that integrate clinical education, research, and digital health solutions. Passionate about driving positive change, James is also a Board Director for Ageing with Grace, a national charity connecting socially isolated older people with volunteers, as well as a university mentor in the healthcare and innovation sectors.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering , an MBA , and a Lean Sigma Black Belt certification, he has also completed an Healthcare Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
