Acting chair of the AAG ATSIAAG (Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Ageing Advisory Group) Mark Elliott, will be conducting a special pre-conference workshop (PCW) on Cultural Awareness & Cultural Safety: An Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Perspective.
The workshop will highlight the importance of cultural safety to be an important element of engaging with older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities, taking into account individual’s unique experience and cultural context.
