A leader in Clinical Psychology of Ageing at University College London (UCL), Prof Spector is renowned for her global work in ageing and dementia care. She developed Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST), now the primary non-pharmacological dementia treatment in the UK's NHS and used worldwide. With over 180 peer-reviewed papers, 10 books, and leadership roles in dementia training and menopause research, Prof Spector's impact is immense.
