2004 David Wallace Address 

Professor Louise Rolland was a former of Professor Work and Ageing, at Swinburne University (2002 - 2007) where she established the Centre for Work and ageing to investigate the implications of the changing global demographic profile of labour on people management practices.  Then was an Associate Partner with EY’s People Advisory Services team (2007 - 2019);

  • Led national and international research projects associated with labour demography and life stage
  • Developed program to support employers to effectively manage workers across ages and stages with a focus on busting ageist myths and advocating for older workers.
  • The program was delivered to more than 500 companies through a partnership with AHRI
  • Active public speaker to promote research with more than 200 presentations at industry and government events.
