Dr Najwan El-Saifi is a Research Fellow at UQ Centre for Hearing Research. She holds a BSc in Pharmacy, a Master of Medical Research degree, and a PhD (University Award of Excellence) from Griffith University.
Her research focuses on the co-design, implementation, and evaluation of novel interventions for older people and their carers. Dr El-Saifi has strong mixed-methods skills with advanced knowledge of behavioural science tools and frameworks (e.g., the COM-B model) to inform the design and implementation of behaviour change interventions in practice.
