Welcome to the Gerontological Alliance of Nursing Australia (GANA) landing page!
This is where you can sign up to be a member of GANA, renew your existing membership and/or change membership details. 

GANA has a Memorandum of Understanding with the Australian Association of Gerontology (AAG)
who host and administrate components of GANA operations, signed in actioned in 2024.

This includes AAG helping us to manage our membership. This means we now use AAG’s website and backend systems to store GANA membership information.
Because of this, everyone needs to create an account on the AAG website, even if you don't want to join AAG.

Don’t worry! 
GANA and AAG are still separate. 
The account is just so you can access your GANA membership and pay your fees 

Here’s what to do: 
1. If you already have an AAG login, just sign in. 
If not, scroll down the page to create an account first. 
2. Then, follow the steps to finish setting up your GANA membership.

GANA is a community of trusted specialist nurses and assistants who value working with older people and their families/carers in all care settings.
GANA promotes gerontology as a unique nursing specialty that makes a crucial contribution to the health and well-being of older people in Australia.
