Professor Sunil Bhar
Professor of Psychology 
Swinburne University of Technology
 
Prof Sunil Bhar is a Professor of Psychology at Swinburne University of Technology. He is a clinical psychologist with expertise in the application of psychological treatments to older adults. He is the director of the Swinburne Wellbeing Clinic for Older Adults, a counselling and support service for aged care residents, families of residents and residential care staff. Professor Bhar has maintained a clinical practice for 30 years. His research and contribution to practice have been recognised through several awards.
 

 

 

Dr Craig Sinclair
Senior lecturer
University of New South Wales

Dr Craig Sinclair is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Psychology at the University of New South Wales, with conjoint appointment at Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA). His research interests include decision-making and ageing, decision-making capacity, supported decision-making, dementia, advance care planning, palliative and end-of-life care, aged care and research with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities. He undertakes a range of research projects in aged care and end-of-life care, including clinical trials and implementation research.

Cristina is a PhD Candidate at the Nursing and Midwifery school at The University of Technology Sydney, and registered nurse in general practice. By using community-based mixed-method approach, Cristina’s research explores the disease management experiences among older immigrant population living with cardiovascular disease. She has been a member of AAG since 2020.
