AAG Rural, Regional and Remote Special
Interest Group (RRRSIG) Presents:
Showcasing innovation in rural ageing and aged care
The Rural, Regional and Remote Special Interest Group (RRRSIG) are excited to announce the inaugural Rural Research and Evaluation Showcase, to be held online in October. This event is aimed at providing a platform to share the diverse types of ageing research and evaluation projects being conducted in rural, regional and remote settings, and bringing like-minded people together for networking.
We invite anybody who is conducting research or evaluation activities related to ageing or aged care in rural settings to register to present your work in 5 minutes or less. You might be a researcher, student, clinician, or work in policy, peak body, government, advocacy, not-for-profit or community organisations – whoever you are, we would love to hear what you and your organisations are doing! This is a great opportunity to share your work with others working in rural, regional or remote settings, and meet new colleagues.
- Learn about current rural ageing and aged care research/evaluation projects
- Share your work with like-minded colleagues
- Develop new connections with people working in rural, regional and remote locations
