IAGG AOR Grants

Grants to the 23rd IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics 

 

The IAGG-AOR Council is delighted to offer travel scholarships for delegates wishing to attend the 23rd IAGG World Congress of Gerontology and Geriatrics, taking place 5–8 July 2026 in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Five scholarships are available for each category, with each valued at $1,000 USD to support travel expenses.

In addition, if you are from a non-LMI country and are from an Indigenous/First Nations group with an accepted abstract for the conference, we have secured a limited number of registrations with LMIC early bird pricing thanks to the support of the IAGG 2026 Amsterdam organising committee.

Yokohama 2023

Advanced Scholars Grant - Awardees 

Sponsored by the International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics (IAGG) Asia-Oceania Regional Council, the IAGG Council was pleased to offer 5 x USD $1,000 travel grants to support 5 advanced scholars to attend the IAGG-AO Regional Congress in Yokohama 2023. The IAGG is committed to upholding the objectives of uniting gerontology and geriatric scholars worldwide and, in this case, specifically within the Asia-Oceania region. Scholars from multi-disciplinary backgrounds working in areas of research, clinical practice, service provision and policy making were encouraged to apply.

12th IAGG Master Class

IAGG-AOR, the Japanese Geriatrics Society, and the National Centre for Geriatrics and Gerontology present the 12th IAGG Master Class on 'Ageing in Asia'.
