Click here to download the draft 2022 AGM Agenda. A final agenda and complete papers will follow soon. The draft minutes from the 2021 AAG AGM have been available on our website (click here) since December 2021.

In line with the AAG constitution and in order that you are able to exercise your right to vote and propose or second motions we need you to register in Zoom to attend the AAG 2022 AGM.

This will enable us to record and accurately minute your attendance and participation in the meeting.

Please register your intention to attend the virtual AGM by no later than 9am (AEDT) on Monday 13th November.

Following registration, you will receive an email acknowledging your registration from Zoom which will contain your unique link to join the videoconference meeting. Please don't share your personalised link with anyone else.

We will be checking all registrations to ensure that everyone is a current financial member and has entered their details correctly (your full name so we can minute your attendance) incorrect registrations will be de-registered in Zoom.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may send a proxy in your place. A proxy nomination form is available here. Please email the proxy nomination form to [email protected] no later than 9am AEDT on Monday 13th November. If you submit a proxy form you will automatically be recorded in the meeting minutes as an apology.

You can also send an email indicating that you are an apology for the meeting and that apology will be recorded in the minutes.

I look forward to seeing you (virtually) at the AGM.

Kind regards,

Regards
